My nom de plume (or perhaps nom de guerre) is The Sarsaparilla Kid. Unless you listened to St. Petersburg College Radio back around 2014 or so, or WMNF in the wee hours of Thursday mornings in early 2020, you're probably not familiar with my work.
This site is an outlet for my opinions because everyone is entitled to my opinions. I hope you find them entertaining.
You can expect me to write mainly about horror movies, horror-themed music, horrible movies, horrible music, as well as bits of social and cultural commentary here and there. Really I'm just going to talk about whatever I feel like talking about.

All content here is free for now and for the most part will remain so. I do have a donate button over there to the left, it's up to you but I sure would appreciate a few bucks if you like what I'm doing here. There may be some ads here and there to help mitigate the costs, a click every now and then if you see something interesting doesn't hurt. If this site starts to take off I may add some premium level content for a modest fee or subscription, but for now I'm just giving it away. You're welcome.
